o    All services provided by this website may only be used in accordance with the terms and conditions provided below. By using GRAFICTOMY's services you agree to be bound by our terms & conditions.

o    GRAFICTOMY reserves the right to make modifications and changes to these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. Up to date terms and conditions will always be available at www.grafictomy.com.

o    The placing of an order with GRAFICTOMY creates a contract on the basis of the terms and conditions.



o    This privacy policy sets out how Grafictomy.com uses and protects any information that you give Grafictomy.com when you use this website.

o    Grafictomy.com is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

o    Grafictomy.com may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 1st June 2016.

o    When you register as customer with grafictomy.com, we  will ask and  collect  for the following information:

o    If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.


o    Payment is accepted using the following:


·         PayPal
·         Google Checkout
·         Bank Transfer (invoice)

o    Payment by cheque, postal order or credit facility is not supported by GRAFICTOMY and GRAFICTOMY do not recognize any form of payment not listed above. GRAFICTOMY operates on a cleared funds basis only and will not process any orders for goods or services until payment has been authorized. Furthermore, GRAFICTOMY does not offer credit accounts or the facility to make prepayments on any goods or services offered within.

o    Should there be any uncertainty regarding the credibility of a submitted payment, GRAFICTOMY reserves the right to suspend the order in question and the offending account may be terminated.

o    All prices listed are inclusive of Value Added Tax. VAT applies to all transactions for goods or services at the current applicable rate at the time of purchase.

o    GRAFICTOMY offers as only online gallery a 30 (thirty) days return policy in the unlikely event you would not be satisfied with the purchased artwork. 

o    A return request must be notified within 30 days of the purchase date to GRAFICTOMY via email at info@grafictomy.com

o    The item must be returned in its original packaging and free of any damage. 

o    The refund will be limited to the cost of the order as charged by GRAFICTOMY.

o    No actions will be taken by GRAFICTOMY without receipt of the undamaged artwork.



o    Delivery of completed orders will be made on behalf of GRAFICTOMY by Royal Mail, Courier Company or any other delivery services at the discretion of GRAFICTOMY and its related agents. Charges for postage, packing and delivery will be incurred and payable at the time of order unless otherwise stated during the online ordering process.

o    GRAFICTOMY shall not be held responsible for any damage to the delivered materials while in transit. To that effect GRAFICTOMY strongly recommend to insure the purchased artworks with a specialised in art insurance company.

o    Grafictomy can help with recommending an art insurance company that will cover most common damages while the item is in transit. Please let us know while purchasing the artwork online or contact us via email at info@grafictomy.com and we will put you in contact with an art insurance company for a quote.



o    Any questions or complaints should be directed via email contact at info@grafictomy.com.


These terms (and the provision of goods and services by 'GRAFICTOMY.COM) are governed by and are to be interpreted in accordance with British Law. In the event of any dispute arising in relation to these terms or in relation to the provision of any services by GRAFICTOMY, the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over such dispute.
